Hatu Peak The Best and Beautiful Place For Tourist

Hatu peak is the second highest peak in Shimla. It is located in narkanda. Although disconnects from rest of the world in winters. This peak is surrounded by forests of pines, Oaks and maples. It ‘s enclosed by lush greenery.

At the top of the peak there is a temple dedicated to goddess Kali. Temple is made up of wood and has beautiful carvings on it. A stove like structure of stone is nearby temple. Localities believe that There is two giant stones, shaped like a chullah called “Bheem Chullah” stands as an evidence in the vicinity. it was used by the Pandavas for cooking their food. There is a legend that Pandavas spent part of their life during there exile here on Hatu peak.

Ideal time to visit:- March to November
One can reach hatu peak by rent a car, rent a bike or trekking. The roads are narrow and difficult to access so trekking is more advisable.
